1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the haji bet platform — including its website, mobile interface, sports betting markets, live casino, slot games, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using haji bet and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and haji bet regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the same subject matter. All services are provided in English and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

haji bet is an 18+ only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make deposits, place bets, participate in promotions, or withdraw funds. By registering, you solemnly declare that you meet this minimum age requirement. haji bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are accessing haji bet as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with haji bet or any other gambling operator that would prohibit your participation.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of haji bet services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred BDT payment method. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever circumstances change.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active haji bet account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, haji bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bets and withdrawals, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haji bet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. haji bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an additional layer of security to your account. Know Your Customer (KYC): haji bet may at any time request identity verification documents — including a valid national ID card, passport, or utility bill — to comply with internal anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by haji bet may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed. No withdrawal request exceeding ৳10,000 will be processed prior to KYC completion.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on haji bet are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). haji bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and domestic bank transfer. International card payments (Visa, Mastercard) may be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. haji bet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in the player's own name. haji bet reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times listed above are indicative and may be affected by network conditions, public holidays, or compliance reviews.

5 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on haji bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within each market and game interface. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. haji bet's interpretation of its own rules is final in all cases of dispute.

Sports Betting: Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the player. haji bet reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including — but not limited to — obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, match abandonment, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

Live Casino and Slots: All casino games available on haji bet — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other studios — are governed by the respective game provider's rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, connection failure, or system error during a game or bet, haji bet will use all reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the state of play from server logs and resolve the situation fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected bet or game round may be voided and the relevant stake returned. haji bet accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

• Maximum Payout: The maximum payout per single bet settlement is ৳2,000,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market or promotion.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum single bet stake is ৳10 across all sports markets.
• Bet Acceptance: haji bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or restrict any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change until a bet is formally confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

haji bet offers a range of bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit bonus must generate ৳30,000 in total qualifying bets before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Minimum odds eligibility requirements for qualifying bets will be specified on each promotion page.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. haji bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to decline to grant a bonus to any player at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded or are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonus offers.

• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when betting, unless promotion terms state otherwise.
• Free bet credits are non-withdrawable. Only winnings derived from free bets may be withdrawn, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• haji bet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — including any winnings derived from it — if it determines that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, multiple account abuse, or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL season, and BPL season will carry their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on haji bet and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing or assisting any person under 18 years of age to access, register for, or use a haji bet account.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with haji bet.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one haji bet account, regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing bets with knowledge of non-public information that may affect the outcome of an event, or participating in any scheme to fix or manipulate sporting or game results.
• Automated Betting Tools: Using software robots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, access games, or interact with the haji bet platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to extract bonus funds, or collaborating with other players to abuse promotional structures.
• Money Laundering: Using haji bet in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, the financing of terrorism, or any other financial crime.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile financial service provider in connection with legitimate haji bet transactions.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, introduce malicious code into, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the haji bet platform or its underlying systems.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the haji bet platform — including but not limited to the haji bet brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, data compilations, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of haji bet or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the haji bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any haji bet content without express prior written permission.
• Use the haji bet name, logo, or brand elements in any manner that could imply association, endorsement, or affiliation without authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on haji bet's proprietary content, interface design, or software.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror haji bet content on any third-party website or application.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. haji bet operates under licence from these providers and makes their content available to players on a sublicensed basis.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, haji bet's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

haji bet expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the haji bet platform.

• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any third-party content, services, or links that may be referenced in connection with haji bet's services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions operates to exclude or limit haji bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. haji bet's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, error-free platform operation, we cannot warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or free from technical faults at all times.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your haji bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Suspension or Closure by haji bet: haji bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• A request from the account holder under the platform's self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools.
• A legal or regulatory obligation to do so.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. haji bet will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any dormant account fee. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until it reaches zero, after which the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of haji bet — including disputes regarding bet settlements, payment processing, account decisions, or the interpretation of these terms — the following resolution process applies:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and nature of the dispute, and any relevant transaction or bet reference numbers.
2. Acknowledgement: haji bet will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and will assign a case reference number for tracking purposes.
3. Investigation: Our compliance team will investigate the complaint and provide a formal written response within 5 business days. Complex cases may require up to 14 business days, during which haji bet will provide status updates.
4. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with our formal response, you may escalate the matter in writing for senior management review. Senior management will respond within a further 10 business days.
5. Final Decision: haji bet's final decision on all betting and game disputes is binding. haji bet's records and logs shall constitute conclusive evidence of all transactions and activity on the platform.

12 Amendments to These Terms

haji bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, haji bet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment processing times — may be applied without advance notice.

Your continued use of the haji bet platform following the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
